Our product integrates deeply with the services that present security risk to a company, pulls and analyzes data from those sources, and surfaces potential security threats to our customers in real time with guidance to remediate them. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting strategy, leading your team to deliver results consistently and sustainably, growing and developing talented engineers, and cultivating a healthy, results-driven culture on your team. Vanta’s business and team are growing quickly, and it’s essential that we lay the foundation for a successful organization. You’ll leverage your past experience and play a crucial role in laying the groundwork for a successful engineering organization, contributing to developing foundational processes that enable our entire team to scale — onboarding, interview loops, career frameworks, execution frameworks, and more. Our Design Systems and Frontend Platform team is focused on two workstreams:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Design Systems builds scalable components used by Vanta’s product teams to avoid duplicating work and provide a consistent UI/UX experience for customers across the Vanta platform. This part of the team delivers common patterns and components, along with rules and guidance to accelerate product development for Vanta Engineers. </li><li>Frontend Platform focuses on building and maintaining infrastructure to support our quickly growing number of Vanta engineers. As the area grows, the responsibilities will include developer experience, frontend testing and overall frontend infrastructure strategy.</li></ul> Our business has found incredible product-market fit and has monetized effectively since the day we signed our first customer. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $190,000 - $223,000.
