Their job is to help people understand the benefits of the Revero program and how it can help them to achieve their goals. The Enrollment Advisor&nbsp;is meant to be a resource, supporter and source of information to make things easy for prospective patients throughout the onboarding process. \n Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor patient progress through the onboarding pipeline and make sure that patients are moving through the enrollment process</li><li>Conduct Intake Calls with prospective patients, explaining Revero and getting them excited to start the program</li><li>Help with logistics&nbsp;including scheduling provider onboarding calls and making sure all health information has been submitted by the patient</li><li>Help patients to schedule labs if needed and submit lab orders on behalf of patients</li><li>Get patients over the finish line (e.g. if they’ve been medically cleared but haven’t paid, reach out to see how we can help)</li></ul><div> </div> Requirements<ul><li>Four-year college degree</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>High EQ and empathy with a strong desire to build relationships with patients and willingness to help others</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with unquestionable integrity</li><li>Strong technological literacy to use various digital and virtual care platforms </li></ul> Nice To Haves<ul><li>Prior experience working with people directly in the following areas: sales, business development, outpatient nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, implementing various behavior change techniques, health coaching, health counseling, etc&nbsp;</li><li>Growth mindset with openness to learn and set aside the ego</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work independently</li><li>Ability to commit 20-28 hours per week with flexible hours</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) written and verbal communication</li></ul> \nFor this role the compensation for candidates is $28/hr.
