We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a deep understanding of Sales and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the VP's day-to-day tasks, keeping the inbox at zero daily, and supporting proposal development, customer communication, and HubSpot operations.
