About the RoleAs the Executive Assistant supporting Field Operations executives, you&amp;#39;ll play a crucial role in supporting the success of Leaders executing customer pre-sales, post-sales, and go-to-market strategies. The leaders you will support interface regularly with senior customer leaders, internal leaders, and the border company supporting systems and processes. We seek a candidate who values collaboration, detail orientation, and excellence in execution.\n What You'll Do<ul><li>Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses for one to three executives.</li><li>Proactively handle scheduling conflicts and suggest alternative meeting times.</li><li>Prepare meeting setups, materials, and participant coordination to ensure effective meetings.</li><li>Track and drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items.</li><li>Foster team culture within Field Operations, aligning with broader Highspot values.</li><li>Build strong relationships across departments and proactively support executive effectiveness.</li><li>Identify and address process inefficiencies, collaborating with leadership on solutions.</li><li>Continually seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.</li><li>Maintain relationships with other Executive Assistants company-wide.</li><li>Organize morale events and support team and company milestones celebrations.</li><li>Provide support and answer questions for team members across functional areas.</li><li>Assist with project and program needs across Executive teams and Field Operations.</li></ul> Your Background<ul><li>Highly organized with a proven track record in project execution and process improvement.</li><li>A problem solver adept at finding solutions to complex challenges.</li><li>Proficient in office administration and corporate logistics.</li><li>Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and attention to detail.</li><li>Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.</li><li>Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and operate under pressure.</li><li>Collaborative approach with a reputation for getting things done.</li></ul> This position is available either in-office or remote, as applicable, at the following locations:<ul><li>Alberta, Canada - Remote</li><li>British Columbia - Remote</li><li>Ontario - Remote</li></ul> \nBase salary range: $86,000 - $117,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
