Our client is a fast-growing company looking for a driven, tech-savvy Executive Assistant who is passionate about growth, both personally and professionally. Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Manage and respond to email inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication with leads and clients.</li> <li>Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including the creation and sending of invoices, along with other accounting-related duties.</li> <li>Utilize accounting software to track expenses, prepare reports, and maintain accurate financial records.</li> <li>Support the MD in various administrative tasks and special projects.</li> <li>Organize and manage the MD's calendar, ensuring meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are efficiently handled.</li> <li>Demonstrate initiative by identifying ways to streamline operations and improve processes.</li> <li>Assist with internal and external communication, ensuring key messages are delivered appropriately.</li> <li>Track key deliverables and deadlines for the MD, assisting in prioritization and follow-ups.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and basic bookkeeping tasks.</li> <li>Experience handling email correspondence and responding to client inquiries in a professional manner.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to learn—must be tech-focused, with a keen interest in developing new skills.</li> <li>Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
