Ally Health is recruiting for a freelance phlebotomist in Aberdeen and surrounding areas. You will be joining a group of existing phlebotomists, providing high-quality care to our clients and liaising with our Clinical Operations Team as required to report on activities.
 
This role requires you to be able to travel and have your own car, as the vast majority of our appointments are delivered in the community (usually within the patient's home).
 
The role is suitable for an experienced Phlebotomist (at least six months full-time) who wants to work flexibly. Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities
Clinical duties:





<ul><li>To carry out blood tests requested and booked domiciliary visits, as a lone practitioner with telephone and mobile app support.</li><li>To seek advice and support from a more senior/experienced colleague/Ally health Clinical team for matters outside the sphere of responsibility, knowledge, or skills.</li><li>To ensure that domiciliary blood samples are posted or brought to the hub in time for the courier collection.</li><li>To document into the patient’s medical record of blood tests taken.</li><li>Report to the Ally Health Clinical team and seek advice on specific risks that are identified, e.g. unsafe environmental conditions.</li><li>To carry out your duties in accordance with company protocols and guidelines.</li></ul>
 
Requirements:
