As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and digital solutions. Your role will encompass back-end development, working on cutting-edge technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development:<ol> <li>Django Framework Expertise: Proficiency in Django ORM, and Django REST framework with familiarity with Django Ninja. Understanding of Django's security features.</li> <li>Database Management: Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and optimizing database queries for performance. Familiarity with Django migrations for database schema changes.</li> <li>Payment Integration: Knowledge of integrating payment gateways (such as Stripe, RevenueCat) using their APIs. Understanding of payment workflows, including subscriptions, and secure handling of payment information.</li> <li>Authentication and Authorization: Deep understanding of Django's authentication system. Experience implementing custom user models and third-party authentication providers (OAuth, JWT).</li> <li>Performance Optimization: Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance. This includes Django query optimizations, caching strategies (e.g., Memcached, Redis), and understanding of middleware.</li> <li>API Development: Experience in designing, developing, and documenting RESTful APIs. Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger).</li> <li>Version Control and DevOps: Proficiency in Git. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with containerization (Docker).</li> <li>Security Best Practices: Knowledge of securing web applications against common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10). Experience with Django's security features and practices.</li> <li>AI and ML Integration: Although not required, understanding how to work with AI models and integrating machine learning algorithms is beneficial.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a large codebase supporting several frontend clients (mobile, frontend, third party clients, and enterprise healthcare).</li> </ol>RequirementsMinimum Qualifications<ul> <li>Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.</li> <li>Solid understanding of back-end development using languages such as Python, and proficiency in working with databases (SQL).</li> <li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.</li> <li>Experience with cloud computing platforms and deployment tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Heroku) is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed</li> <li>Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service</li> </ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul> <li>Proficiency in back-end development using languages like Python, and familiarity with frameworks like Django and Flask.</li> <li>Strong understanding of database management and design, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments.</li> <li>Previous involvement in building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring efficient communication between different components of a web application.</li> <li>Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, enabling seamless deployment and management of applications.</li> <li>Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and the ability to implement automated testing and deployment pipelines.</li> <li>Understanding of web security principles and best practices, ensuring the development of secure and robust web applications.</li> <li>Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.</li> <li>Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and the ability to work in an iterative and collaborative development environment.</li> <li>Participation in open-source projects or contributions to the developer community, showcasing a passion for learning and sharing knowledge</li> </ul>Benefits<ul><li>Compensation Range: Commensurate with qualifications and experience</li></ul>As a Full Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive positive change and make a difference in people's lives.
