Teneo Linguistics Company is seeking a skilled Fuzhou Translator/Transcriptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Fuzhou Translator/Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for accurately translating and effectively transcribing written and spoken communication between two or more languages. Your role will play a crucial part in facilitating effective communication and understanding across languages and cultures.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Translate written documents and materials from source language to target language while maintaining accuracy and preserving the original meaning and intent.</li> <li>Transcribe spoken communication accurately and effectively into the target lanaguage.</li> <li>Assist in cultural adaptation, making sure translated content is culturally appropriate.</li> <li>Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure understanding and provide solutions for any language-related challenges.</li> <li>Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards related to translation and interpretation.</li> <li>Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and evolving language usage.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in translation, interpretation, linguistics, or a related field.</li> <li>Proficiency in English and Fuzhou </li> <li>Proven experience as a Translator/Transcriptionist, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.</li> <li>Proficiency in both source and target languages, with strong linguistic and cultural understanding.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of translation and interpretation tools, software, and resources.</li> <li>Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to different language requirements.</li> <li>Professional certification or accreditation in translation is a plus.</li> </ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental &amp; Vision)</li></ul><ul><li>Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick &amp; Public Holidays)</li></ul>
