Duties of the Administrative Assistant include assisting with daily office needs and managing our client's general administrative activities. Ultimately, we want an Admin Assistant who has an extensive experience in Customer Service.Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to their questions and concerns about bookings.</li> <li>Review booking schedules.</li> <li>Ordering inventory.</li> <li>Assist and create payroll report.</li> <li>Preparing sales tax report.</li> <li>Invoice customers and process payments.</li> <li>Assist in hiring, manage Indeed listings and doing the first round of screening.</li> <li>Assist in marketing</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>3-5 years of Customer Service experience.</li> <li>3-5 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar roles. </li> <li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.</li> <li>Experience in using Bookeo is a HUGE PLUS </li> </ul>Benefits<h3>Benefits</h3><ul> <li>Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.</li> <li>Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.</li> <li>Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.</li> </ul>Salary: $800 - $1000 USD/month Schedule:&nbsp;Mountain Standard Time
