In this role, you will provide strategic and practical legal advice to meet the employment and human resources legal needs of a global software company. The geographic scope of this role will focus on EMEA, India and APJ.<span>&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span>In this role, you will: </span>&nbsp;</strong></div><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>Provide day to day guidance to representatives from Progress&rsquo; global People Team (PT) and other business leaders on a variety of employment topics including hiring, terminations, performance management, wage and hour, leaves of absence, Works Councils, employee privacy issues, pay transparency, compensation, and benefits;<span>&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</li><li>Support employment law aspects of due diligence and integration to support Progress&rsquo;
