The roleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in creating designs within the e-commerce and merchandise domain. In this role, you will be responsible for creating product designs, mockups, sub-store landing page graphics, and defining color schemes for the landing pages. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Strategy &amp; Operations Senior Manager to ensure that all designs meet the highest standards and align with each content creator’s brand. This is a hands-on role with significant opportunities to shape and refine our design offerings for content creators.\n Your responsibilities<ul><li>Product Designs: Create visually appealing and brand-aligned product designs for content creators.</li><li>Mockups: Develop high-quality mockups for products to be used in sub-store landing pages and promotional materials.</li><li>Sub-store Landing Page Graphics: Design graphics for sub-store landing pages, ensuring a cohesive and attractive visual presentation.</li><li>Color Schemes: Define and implement color schemes for sub-store landing pages to enhance brand identity.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Strategy &amp; Operations Senior Manager to align designs with overall strategy and client needs.</li><li>Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.</li><li>Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of design processes to increase efficiency and quality.</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience in graphic design (in-house or in a creative agency)</li><li>Understanding of graphic design principles, design thinking, branding</li><li>Advanced Adobe and FIGMA skills</li><li>Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently, without constant supervision</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs</li><li>Bonus points if you have experience with merch or product design</li><li>Experience working with content creators is a plus, but not required</li></ul> What we offer<ul><li>Competitive monthly salary based on your experience</li><li>Stock options: So you own a part of Printify</li><li>Flexible working hours: Start your workday anywhere between 7 AM and 11 AM.
