In this role, you will develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. If you have a passion for technology, a growth mindset, and a knack for creating compelling marketing campaigns, we&#39;d love to hear from you!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;h3&gt;🖊 Responsibilities&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, etc.) to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and effective growth strategy&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future efforts&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the content and community teams to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with our target audience&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Test and iterate on different messaging, targeting, and creative approaches to drive growth and improve user experience&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Continuously optimize our website and landing pages for conversion, SEO, and user engagement&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;📃 Requirements&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry or a developer-focused company&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven track record of creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns across various channels&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with developer communities and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the developer ecosystem&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A self-starter mentality and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;✨ Nice-to-have&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of performance optimization and web security best practices.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h3&gt;🏝 Our Culture&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;h4&gt;Everyone is a CEO!&lt;/h4&gt;&lt;div&gt;We don&#39;t want to manage people.
