Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission critical to local business.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our &#39;hyperlocal squad&#39;. Our &#39;squads&#39; are made up of 4-6 colleagues from different technical disciplines (marketing, store growth coaches, store selection &amp;amp; recruitment) who all work together towards one common goal: growing our stores and supporting them to succeed. Our &#39;hyperlocal&#39; approach means that we can grow our business intentionally, focusing on specific areas with high potential. That&#39;s why we&#39;re looking for an experienced marketer with a growth mindset and appetite for challenge to join us and lead the marketeers. &lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;About You&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is a hands on role where you will enjoy collaborating within the squad to launch stores across the UK using your marketing tactics to steer them as quickly as possible to sustainable profitability. You’ll ensure growth marketing activity considers the full customer journey and understand what it takes to drive full funnel growth.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;With demonstrated experience in using data to drive decision making, your outstanding communication skills will allow you to work closely with the squad lead to iterate and improve performance, as well as coaching your colleagues in the ways of growth marketing.
