<p>Welcome to our Marketing Department, the creative engine driving our SaaS organization's growth. We are a passionate and results-driven group of marketing professionals dedicated to driving success, maximising our digital presence and brand positioning across different markets.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for pushing the organic reach of <strong>WorkMotion’s</strong> brand image and growing our brand awareness. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for our content marketing and social media channels.</p><p><em>We value work-life balance, so please only apply if you're based within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone. </em></p><h3>What you’ll do…</h3><ul> <li>Be the main driver behind our organic traffic generation and create engagement between potential prospects and our brand</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance WorkMotion's brand image across all social media channels (primarily LinkedIn, but also Facebook, Instagram, and others)</li> <li>Oversee the management and growth of WorkMotion’s social media channels by developing and implementing creative and highly engaging social media content</li> <li>Support WorkMotion thought leaders with new ideas to grow their reach and audience (and position WorkMotion as a thought leader in the SaaS and HR tech space)</li> <li>Monitor and analyze social media trends to stay ahead and adapt strategies accordingly</li> <li>Utilize SEO optimization techniques and tools to enhance visibility and reach of content</li> <li>Come up with new initiatives to grow our organic reach and measure their success through data analysis</li> </ul><h3>What we’re looking for…</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role with a strong focus on organic marketing strategies</li> <li>Background in B2B marketing with a successful track record of increasing organic traffic</li> <li>Native-level proficiency in <strong>German</strong> and business proficiency in <strong>English</strong> </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English</li> <li>Ability to produce your own content (particularly in German) and to work effectively with our English speaking content manager</li> <li>Strong understanding of social media platforms (Highest priority: LinkedIn, medium priority: Facebook, Instagram, Reddit) and best practices for each</li> <li>Creative thinker with the ability to generate and implement innovative marketing ideas</li> <li>Experience on what’s driving engagement in a B2B audience</li> <li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to integrate data into decision-making processes</li> <li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage processes efficiently</li> <li>Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision</li> </ul><h3>What we offer…</h3><ul> <li>As a remote and distributed team, you can do your best work from anywhere you are the happiest&nbsp;</li> <li>Social Insurance as per country regulations</li> <li>Trust-based work – organise your own schedule.
