As the GTM Total Compensation and Rewards Manager at Vanta, you will play a key role in ensuring our GTM teams are incentivized appropriately, accurately, and on time, leading to higher performance and alignment with our company's strategic objectives.At Vanta, our mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data. You will own our plan design and administration to ensure that our plans drive optimal performance. What you’ll do as a GTM Total Compensation and Rewards Manager at Vanta:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM compensation and rewards strategy that aligns with company goals and revenue objectives</li><li>Create, modify, and manage competitive and clear compensation plans for revenue generating teams, ensuring they motivate and drive desired behaviors.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews of performance to plan in relation to compensation payouts to ensure plan effectiveness.
