🚀 Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead brand strategic development efforts.</li><li>Evolve and then activate a compelling and differentiated Brand Strategy designed to help drive increased Brand Awareness, Consideration and Preference.</li><li>Craft a marketing strategy based on data and deep consumer insights, and then translate that strategy into an actionable and achievable operating plan that includes clear objectives and measurable targets.</li><li>Manage a balanced macro channel marketing strategy and work with the team to scale channel-specific strategies and operating plans.</li><li>Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.</li><li>Ensure rigorous control over all marketing-related data, analysis, and metrics.</li><li>Work closely with finance and fulfillment on forecasting and planning the growth.</li></ul>
🧩 Your Experience:
<ul><li>12+ years of business experience, with at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience.</li><li>Experience with $100M-200M+ yearly revenue DTC e-commerce brands.</li><li>A strong brand builder and storyteller with strong creative acumen.</li><li>Significant brand marketing experience: Influencers, Emails, PR, Partnerships, Podcasts, TV, Flyers, Magazines and so on.</li><li>Comfortable managing a team that oversees traditional performance marketing channels like Meta, YouTube, Google SEM, Google SEO.</li><li>Strong influencer and relationship builder with internal and external influencers.</li><li>Experience operating in the Home Decor segment (or a passion for Home Decor) is a strong plus. </li><li>Experience managing a team of 7+ marketers.</li><li>Data-driven, with experience operating with an agile, test/learn/iterate operating mindset.</li><li>Ability to forecast demand and make financial projections. Plan the strategy as far as 1 year in advance.</li><li>Pragmatic problem solver with the ability to excel in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.</li><li>Ability to be hands on executor on certain projects.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong education experience.</li><li>Undergraduate degree (MBA a plus).</li></ul>
