Hiveon is a product company focused on developing infrastructure for new-era hardware businesses, from mining to energy and AI. Now we are looking for the Head of Marketing who will be able to rethink our branding strategy and align it with our very business essence and product vision. About you:
<ul><li>Proven track records of successful marketing strategies for technological products. </li><li>Experience working with B2B and B2C branding strategies.</li><li>Experience of managing a team of 3-5 people or more.</li><li>Excellent sense of style, color and composition.</li><li>An ownership mindset with a focus on business goals.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing a list of products you helped to promote.</li></ul>
In this role, you will:
<ul><li>Develop a unified visual language and narrative that encapsulates the company and its products. Align the brand's story across all three product lines.</li><li>Implement cohesive visual language and messaging across all communication channels, including website, YouTube, LinkedIn, conferences, and partnerships.</li><li>Review Hiveon's brand assets, pinpointing areas that need improvement.</li><li>Manage and inspire a team of three - including a graphic designer, SMM specialist, and community manager.</li><li>Conduct an in-depth analysis of our three core products and their respective target audiences to understand and prioritize our approach.</li><li>Define a clear, consistent approach for showcasing our products to the right audience. Ensure that each product’s value and solutions are communicated effectively. </li><li>Drive marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on B2B engagement, ensuring that all strategies are tailored to reach and resonate with business clients.</li></ul>
About Hiveon:
It all started in 2017 with a pet project released by a few mining enthusiasts. Our Hive OS exploded in popularity, reaching 100k+ active users within the first six months without any investments or marketing costs. We then expanded to an ecosystem, including a Pool (the second Ethereum pool in the world in 2021), ASIC Firmware (a low-level hacking solution to get more out of their devices), and became the leading global platform for mining.
Since 2021, mining has become more than just hardware. And Hiveon - more than just mining. We provide the infrastructure for HPC businesses, helping to build, simplify, and automate operations in the energy and AI markets as well.
