&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: center;&quot;&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(Home-based) Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: center;&quot;&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We are the world&#39;s leading eyewear e-retailer currently seeking a&amp;nbsp;Customer Service Specialist to interact with our customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries and requests about products, services and promotions.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work with customers daily primarily via email, with some through live chat and phone.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Handle retail customer service inquiries for the Spanish speaking markets. Includes style of glasses, sunglasses, prescription questions, order status, warranty issues, etc.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Introduce customers to purchase higher priced items, upgrades, or other add-ons to make more profitable sales.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Respond to 100 customer contacts a day.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mandatory experience, technical and soft skills&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fluency in verbal and written Spanish; additional language skills are an advantage&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Availability for 20 hours a week with flexible shifts (weekends and/or evening)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimum 6-month commitment&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;High speed stable internet connection&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
