There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the international payroll and compliance market leader.What you'll do:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>On-boarding and off-boarding administration of employees (all levels)</li><li>Process payroll for clients</li><li>Prepare and administer letters of offer, employment and appointment.</li><li>Comprehend client’s in-house HR policies to support staff queries.</li><li>Handle all matters related to client’s application/ renewal / cancellation of work permit/ employment pass/ dependent pass.</li><li>Handle Clients CPF Submission</li><li>Administer and submit all government-related reports/claims/payment.</li><li>Maintain (creation/ deletion/ update) of employee record in payroll system/ HRIS.</li><li>Maintain employees P-files.</li><li>Manage leave administration/ claims/expense administration including adjudication of receipts.</li><li>Manage time management, clock in/out devices.</li><li>Administer probation/confirmation, promotion, and redeployment/ transfer of employees.</li><li>Administer employee cessation, final salary and exit interview and clearance.</li><li>Issue letter of certification whenever staff request</li><li>Prepare ad hoc report required by Clients.</li><li>Assist in HR/payroll related audit (external and internal)</li><li>Manage Employee’s Hotline telephone/e-mail.</li></ul>Some key qualifications:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Minimum 2 years in HR related role</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
