We are hiring a&nbsp;Human Resources Associate to help operate our hiring process and systems.&nbsp;The ideal candidate will have experience within a high-growth startup. Applicants for this role need to be based in the U.S. \n Human Resources Associate Associate responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Assist with identifying hiring needs across departments.</li><li>Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.</li><li>Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.</li><li>Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, if necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and answering HR-related questions.</li><li>Promote a positive company culture and help organize team-building activities.</li><li>Help implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.</li><li>Assist with payroll management and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Help manage benefits programs like health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.</li><li>Track and update compensation benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness.</li><li>Support the rollout of performance reviews and feedback processes.</li><li>Assist managers in identifying professional development opportunities for employees.</li><li>Help monitor progress on goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li></ul><ul><li>Help ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate training programs and workshops for employee development.</li><li>Assist with leadership and management development initiatives for growing teams.</li><li>Collect and analyze data on hiring, employee satisfaction, and turnover rates.</li><li>Provide insights and reports to HR leadership and company executives to help with decision-making.</li><li>Manage or assist in implementing HR software for payroll, performance, and recruitment.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and tracking of employee data using HR tools.</li><li>Help administer the company’s stock option plan by ensuring employees understand the terms and benefits of their stock compensation.</li><li>Assist in communicating stock option grants to employees and ensuring documentation is properly signed and stored.</li><li>Track employee vesting schedules and communicate relevant milestones (such as vesting dates) to both employees and the finance team.</li></ul><ul><li>Help coordinate the equity component for departing employees, including what happens to their unvested shares and any options they may need to exercise.</li></ul> What You Have:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations</li><li>Startup experience</li><li>Navigate tools for internet sourcing and our applicant tracking system</li><li>Familiarity with the entire recruiting process</li><li>Experience with tools like Rippling and Pulley</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proactive attitude to tackle any opportunity or challenge</li><li>Detail-oriented and analytical nature</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup</li></ul> What We Offer:<ul><li>Tangible impact on the future of humanity</li><li>Opportunity for career growth and role expansion</li><li>Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.</li><li>Vibrant and flexible work environment, among like-minded people with an entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Working schedule for adults: flexible times, remote work, unlimited PTO</li></ul> \n<div>$70,000 - $90,000 a year</div>\nHow to Apply:If you don't tick every box above, we'd still encourage you to apply.
