To build, transform, and manage a nimble, high-growth global implementation &amp; training team for Prochant's infusion global vertical, elevating it from transactional to transformational status. Support and complement our growth goals for 2023 and beyond, aiming to increase revenues by over 80-100% YoY. Leverage and expand upon the company's existing assets and capabilities, including our proprietary technology and client service delivery framework (CSF). As a high-performing hybrid global organization, we operate with shared values, virtues, and accountabilities in a fluid and autonomous environment.Provide exceptional service quality and client experiences while adhering to margin standards during Implementation during deep collaboration with clients, operations, sales, IT and other stakeholders. The other impact areas include building the training system to scale the set-up for both onshore and offshore delivery. Impact KPIs includes adherence to live dates on software optimization and maximize clean claims and payments resulting in marketing leading client experience as measured by leading collaboration scores and lagging net promoter score, best in class revenue cycle outcomes through implementation of transition, client service and tech protocols. Responsibilities<ul> <li>Rapid response &amp; resolution of emerging client and operational problems with urgency, teamwork, and bias for action.</li> <li>Kick-off, manage, drive operationalization of multiple portfolio of RCM accounts ranging from medium to large-sized </li> <li>Drive positive implementation experience through client service framework and project management best practices. </li> <li>Drive process efficiency and best practices while onboarding clients. Creation of all client SOPs by client, payer and procedure, and handing it off the operation for delivery. Maintain oversights of all SOPs even after hand-off. </li> <li>Hire as per Prochant standards. Build best-in-class operational &amp; client service leadership. Forecast &amp; hire ahead of the curve. </li> <li>Appraise &amp; develop people through clear career pathing &amp; development plans.</li> <li>Use data, visualization, insights, research, analogies, best practices, storyboard, and cultural sensitization to communicate opportunities and solutions </li> <li>Drive collaboration in tasks, projects, response times, &amp; outcomes that are critical to the relationship. Escalate proactively on non-collaborating ones </li> <li>Build a trusting relationship by being available, delivering on promises, and transparent communication such as weak client revenue cycle practices, without drifting away from established scope, principles &amp; standards. </li> <li>Support the global team beyond implementation on training, competency building, cheat sheets, decision support, &amp; QA monitoring / calibration with client expectations. </li> <li>Build systems (people, process and technology, and ecosystem) to drive scale </li> <li>Drive service delivery efficiency through Prochant tools &amp; platforms. Champion opportunities to use/better our product, automation, features, and function towards improving the quality of services.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Maintain new client/new services implementation/onboarding within the 60 days or less goal. Monitor and ensure the timeline and success of all go live processes through effective project management</li> <li>Contribute to successful achievement of expected client GM</li> <li>Achievement of NPS survey scores in accordance with Prochant’s client promoter goals</li> <li>Identify, manage, and collaborate to effectively problem solve any leading indicators below green for project status or overall client health score of &lt; 90 (volume, backlog, denials, DSO, collection rate, write-off, etc) - Achieve said outcomes using various modes and methods of project management</li> <li>Effectively manage client project master Smartsheet, creating positive impact on project completions and outcomes</li> <li>Effectively manage clients within assigned portfolio to green KPI’s</li> <li>Create all new client SOP’s and mapping of existing billing system</li> <li>Exceptional ability to proactively unearth &amp; address account-level focus areas such as coding, payer, provider, contract, procedure, or referral-centric issues through pharmacy expertise, logical reasoning, and data.</li> <li>Experience in setting up workflow, contract, pricing, reports and other working nuances by new age infusion software systems – Caretend, Weinfuse etc.</li> <li>Ability to use smartsheet or equivalent project management tool</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 10-20% </li> <li>Superior experience in mapping and document client processes, identifying and resolving exceptions.
