You will work on a cloud component that facilitates communication with various internal services of the popular coffeehouse chain.🟩 What's in it for you:<ul> <li>Work with a globally recognized Fortune 500 company </li> <li>Help enhance and maintain a complex production system that features multiple integrations with leading delivery service providers</li> <li>Join a mature team of skilled specialists with an incredible knowledge-sharing culture and a focus on collaborative support</li> </ul>✅ Is that you?<ul> <li>4+ years of relevant experience as a System Analyst </li> <li>Strong technical background with hands-on production monitoring experience</li> <li>Upper-Intermediate English level</li> <li>Experience with data analysis and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk)</li> <li>Knowledge of incident management and response tools (e.g., PagerDuty)</li> <li>Understanding of systems development, analysis, and design</li> <li>Basic knowledge of database design and uses</li> <li>Basic knowledge of project management techniques</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li> <li>Proactivity, initiative, excellent communication skills</li> </ul>Desirable:<ul> <li>Experience in restaurant software applications</li> <li>Background in international, multicultural environments</li> </ul>🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you will be responsible for delivering effective production support, performing systems configuration and testing, and contributing to solution design.<ul> <li>Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements; support user story creation </li> <li>Use LEAN techniques to develop business process design</li> <li>Configure applications, including creating attributes, workflows, and UI changes</li> <li>Support data conversion by extracting, loading, and validating data</li> <li>Develop and execute test plans, prepare test environments, and validate results</li> <li>Provide 24/7 support for critical systems; resolve and escalate trouble tickets</li> <li>Perform root cause analysis and build expertise in system support</li> <li>Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams, providing timely and thorough communication</li> <li>Create and maintain systems documentation; facilitate system training</li> <li>Write ad-hoc queries for mass data analysis and operational reports</li> </ul>🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?
