krisenchat is a nationwide, free psychosocial counseling service for children and young adults in need. We offer children and young people professional help - every day, 24 hours via Whatsapp or SMS. krisenchat has been available 24/7 since May 2020. Since then, 300+ crisis counselors have already been able to help in over 50,000 crisis situations. We are an interdisciplinary, dynamic team and we work flexibly in our beautiful office in Berlin or from home.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;krisenchat&lt;/em&gt; is a psychosocial counseling service in German for children and young people up to 25 years of age via Whatsapp, SMS, 24/7.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;krisenchat Ukrainian&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; extends this offer to people of all ages who are affected by the war in Ukraine and need counseling in &lt;strong&gt;Ukrainian or Russian&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are not a long-term therapy, but see ourselves as a crisis intervention. Professional counselors offer an empathic, open ear to discuss with the affected people in a solution-oriented way what they can do to support in that exact moment.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We organize ourselves via Slack - an app/website where only people involved in the project can communicate. A professional counseling team is available in the background for questions and training. We are an appreciative and engaged community and help each other to constantly develop our services.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;krisenchat was founded for the Corona pandemic and draws on experience from over 50,000 chat consultations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2 id=&quot;tasks&quot;&gt;Tasks&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for motivated &lt;strong&gt;Ukrainian speaking&lt;/strong&gt; interns who are interested in supporting &lt;em&gt;krisenchat Ukrainian&lt;/em&gt; in our journey with a minimum of &lt;strong&gt;15 hours per week for at least 6 weeks&lt;/strong&gt;. Since we are a platform for psychological counseling, this position is highly applicable for psychology students.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Creating concepts for image and video content (mainly Instagram and TikTok) in Ukrainian language - here we would like to emphasize that you have to be ready to stand in front of the camera yourself&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Implementation of the concepts - creation of image and video content for social media platforms&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creation of evidence-based psychological content&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possibility of chat counseling after comprehensive training (onboarding, mentoring, supervisions)&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Interest in supporting people affected by the ongoing war with high sensitivity for this topic&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Interest and passion for social media - ability to capture current trends&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Feeling for sensitive communication and knowledge of resonance&lt;/li&gt;
