Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Ensure IT functionality for all employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.</li> <li>Onboard new employees, providing necessary IT setup and support.</li> <li>Enforce naming conventions and folder structuring protocols for all clients.</li> <li>Monitor Karbon and confirm employee adherence to Organization and Admin procedures, ensuring work items reflect the latest templates.</li> <li>Set up notice work items and manage Admin in real-time.</li> <li>Establish clients in our systems and folders.</li> <li>Deploy global engagement team surveys and communicate client assessment results.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Proficient in Sharepoint and Microsoft 365.</li> <li>Proven experience in providing IT and administrative support.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.</li> </ul>
