We are looking for an IT Manager to shape and implement our IT vision and strategy, driving efficient scaling and establishing best practices across all our offices in collaboration with our CTO and our Workplace Experience Manager.\n As IT Manager, you will: <ul><li>Develop and manage timelines for major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and planned outages.</li><li>Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and enhance productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to support informed business decisions.</li><li>Ensure IT services deliver an exceptional experience in employee support, deployments, infrastructure, database management, and daily IT activities for over 900 users.</li><li>Oversee and maintain IT operations, including:</li><li>	Operating systems and security tools.</li><li>	Application management: MDM Cloud Administration (JumpCloud, Jamf, Mosyle), Google Workspace Management (domain, email, user management), and third-party applications (antivirus, password management).</li><li>	Hardware and software inventory tracking and maintenance.</li><li>Install and manage IT equipment in new office spaces (4000m²).</li><li>Led a team of IT professionals (3 in France and 2 in India).</li><li>Manage multiple office locations across three time zones.</li></ul> What will contribute to your success:<ul><li>Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT.</li><li>Experience supporting company certifications (ISO27001, PCIDSS, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of infrastructure and information security.</li><li>Proven ability to manage and build an IT Support Specialist team.</li><li>Experience in networking or system administration.</li><li>Proficiency in deploying password management solutions (e.g., LastPass).</li><li>Knowledge of security technologies (SSO, SAML, VPN, Firewall, etc.).</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels (technical and non-technical).</li><li>Awareness of cybersecurity practices and employee training.</li><li>Excellent English skills and experience in a multicultural environment; additional languages such as Hindi, German, or French are a plus.</li></ul> What we offer: <ul><li>A unique opportunity to join an international and collaborative scale-up environment in a hyper-growth context.</li><li>Brevo offers an Ownership Plan, which is inspired by ESOP or stock programs.
