<div> </div><div> </div><div><b>Responsibilities: </b></div><div>• Manage large scale technical projects covering cross functional teams, including technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance </div><div>• Assist the MCD Program Managers to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices </div><div>• Communicate various report and project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers </div><div>• Help manage Change Control, Issues and Risks to ensure timely implementation of projects, to include carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations / solutions </div><div>• Work as part of a cross-functional group to evolve the Project Management Methodologies and influence organizational process improvement </div><div>• Contribute to development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices </div><div>• Assist with producing monthly SLA reports for customers using various tools such as ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint</div><div><b> </b></div><div><b>Requirements</b>: </div><div>• Bachelor’s Degree plus ten (10) years of experience or Master’s Degree, plus five (5) years of experience. </div><div>• Minimum five (5) years of Analytical and Technical Project/Program management experience </div><div>• Two (2) plus years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience </div><div>• Two (2) plus years of experience within a SAP environment • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills </div><div>• Strong analytical skills including Excel </div><div>• A high standard for work ethic and quality is required </div><div>• Experience working with highly technical teams </div><div>• Strong proficiency with full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project is required </div><div>• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred </div><div> </div><div><b>Other Requirements: </b></div><div>• Clear understanding of business process requirements as well as cloud technical requirements for SaaS technologies </div><div>• Strong analytical as well as organizational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities. </div><div>• Ability to manage and shift priorities quickly and effectively when needed. </div><div>• Contributes independently, resolves complex issues </div><div>• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality deliverables </div><div>• Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external partners </div><div>• Contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation </div><div>• Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues &amp; managers </div><div>• Ability to learn functional and technical concepts quickly </div><div>• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills </div><div><b> </b></div><div><b>Core Competencies: </b></div><div>• Business strategy execution </div><div>• Business analysis expertise </div><div>• Program and project management expertise </div><div>• Business process development </div><div>• Critical thinking and technical design understanding. </div><div>• Understanding of technical issues and business impact</div><p> </p>
