									<p>The mission of an IT Talent Acquisition Lead is to identify, attract, and recruit top IT
talent for an organization. This involves working closely with the IT leadership team
to understand their hiring needs, developing and implementing recruitment

									<p>The IT Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end
recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting
interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They
must also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT talent
acquisition to ensure the organization is attracting the best possible talent.

identifying and leveraging recruitment tools and technologies.

positions: </em></strong>The IT Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the entire
recruitment process for certain senior complex IT positions, including job
postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interviewing, and making offers.
They are also responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient
and according to Trafi’s defined process

<p>● Bachelor’s degree in business admin or human resources</p>
<p>● Project management experience is desirable - the ability to plan, organize, and execute</p>
