You will coordinate marketing and advertising projects for our corporate territory locations. The Marketing Assistant role is a hands-on, results-driven marketer who will leverage a passion for marketing and content strategy to deliver growth for the business in digital and traditional channels. Our ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, project management, and proofing. They will understand how to use those skills to create a cohesive brand experience for customers and drive leads for sales teams. Essential Functions: · Individual Contributor: o Succeed by embodying our company values o Embrace an uplifting culture o Have a service-focused attitude and ability to develop relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders Marketing Tasks: o Keep organized tracking documents for all vendors and internal resources. o Keep organized tracking documents for all marketing projects on the team o Project manage marketing campaigns that will be utilized across JBRx company store marketing and lead generation campaigns o Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across a variety of marketing channels o Proofread all ads to ensure they are on-brand, accurate, and maintain legal compliance before they go to print/go live o Write copy, as needed, for JBRx marketing collateral and digital assets o Track and monitor the performance of various content elements and to evolve content and optimize future results o Assist in the development of the JBRx marketing calendar as aligned to overarching strategy o Develop new store marketing kits for when JBRx company stores launch in a market to ensure brand consistency across all stores o Support the marketing needs of a variety of stakeholders, including General Managers, Production Managers, Human Resources, and Lead Generation teams o Manage outside print vendors to ensure quality, consistency, on-time delivery, and cost-effective collateral o Act as a brand steward locally. Promote message and graphic continuity across all platforms o Develop and lead process for review and community management across review platforms and social media  Education Qualifications / Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and abilities: o Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, marketing, design, creative writing, or related field o 2+ years in marketing/advertising o Experience working in social media platforms for brands o Ability to work independently with excellent project and time management skill o Experience working with multiple business stakeholders, helping articulate marketing requirements o Inspiring, engaging, and clear written and verbal communication skills. o Excellent problem-solving Applications/Software: Adobe Creative Suite Client Industry: Construction
