Listen attentively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our bath remodeling services. Customer Assistance: Assist customers in scheduling appointments for in-home consultations or showroom visits. Provide details about our products, services, and pricing, addressing customer questions and concerns. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by gathering essential information about the customer's needs, budget, and timeline for bath remodeling projects. Appointment Scheduling Coordinate with our sales and service teams to schedule appointments for on-site assessments or consultations. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on our services. Database Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric demeanor. Ability to navigate customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate information. Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus. Familiarity with bath remodeling or construction services is advantageous.
