About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer Lead with a strong emphasis on database expertise. In this role, you will lead backend development efforts, guide the technical direction of our projects, and mentor a team of talented developers. Your deep knowledge of database technologies will be critical in shaping our backend architecture, ensuring scalability, and driving continuous improvement. You will serve as a subject matter expert in database technologies and backend development.
