Spacewell is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Developer for our software O-Prognose. You will become part of a warm and international team, located at Arnhem

A day on the job
<ul><li>8.45 AM: You start your exciting work day by having an important call with our development team. Within this call, you discuss various work points and give advices
regarding the implementation of our O-Prognose software.</li><li>10.30 AM: You have a call with our product owner. During this call, you discuss the pain points and compile all the improvements of our software. </li><li>11.30 AM: After the call, you schedule a meeting with the product director O-Prognose and start writing down all of the proactive improvements and advices you want to see implicated. You are in fact responsible for bringing in an innovative perspective to make O-Prognose more user friendly.</li><li>Noon: Lunch time!</li><li>1 PM: After your lunch, you have a meeting with one of your team members. As their manager you offer a listening ear for your team members.</li><li>3 PM: You start developing by creating code for one of the work items you are working on.</li></ul>
What is O-Prognose? 

O-Prognose is a software solution that is part of the product offering of Spacewell. The program helps our clients manage and maintain their real estate and technical installations. The goal for our clients is to establish a multiyear planning in a cost effective and easy manner and create insights in the technical condition of their buildings.

 Could this be you?
<ul><li>You have minimum 5 years relevant work experience as a developer within a software environment.</li><li>You have excellent ‘people skills’. You can motivate your team members to deliver clean code in an good and safe working environment.</li><li>You have experience with different techniques like HTML5/CSS, Typescript, Angular, Bootstrap, ASP.NET, Net Core and Azure.</li><li>You are familiar with C#, Visual Studio, Rest Services, JSON and XML, MS SQL and Entity Framework.</li><li>Knowledge of Xamarin is a bonus!</li><li>You can fluently speak and write in both Dutch and English.</li><li>You are a team player with a good set of communicative skills and loves to work within a high tech environment.</li><li>You have knowledge regarding OO and SOLID principles.</li><li>You’re willing to learn, as you will carry out a diverse range of tasks for multiple regions. By linking different pieces of information together, you’re easily able to get an idea of the bigger picture and to put things into perspective.</li></ul>

Een dag op je werk 
<ul><li>8u45: Je start jouw werkdag met een belangrijk gesprek met ons development team. Tijdens dit gesprek bespreek je verschillende werkpunten en geef je advies over de implementatie van onze O-Prognose software.</li><li>10u30: Je hebt een gesprek met onze Product Owner. Tijdens dit gesprek bespreek je de pijnpunten en verzamel je alle verbeteringen die toegepast worden op onze software. </li><li>11u30: Na het gesprek plan je een meeting met de Product Director O-Prognose. Je begint met het opschrijven van alle proactieve verbeteringen en adviezen die je geïmplementeerd wilt zien. Je bent namelijk verantwoordelijk voor het inbrengen van een innovatief perspectief om O-Prognose gebruiksvriendelijker te maken.</li><li>Middag: Lunchtijd! </li><li>13u: Na de lunch heb je een vergadering met één van jouw teamleden. Als hun manager biedt je jouw luisterend oor aan en help je hen verder bij vragen. </li><li>15u: Je start met de ontwikkeling van een code voor een werkitem waarmee je momenteel bezig bent.</li></ul>
Wat is O-Prognose?
O-Prognose is een softwareoplossing die deel uitmaakt van het productaanbod van Spacewell. Het programma helpt onze klanten bij het beheren en onderhouden van hun vastgoed en technische installaties. Het doel voor onze klanten is om op een kosteneffectieve en eenvoudige manier een meerjarenplanning op te stellen en inzicht te creëren in de technische staat van hun gebouwen.
