Your input will be critical in determining what should be preserved and what needs enhancement.</li> <li>Engage with other developers and stakeholders across the organization, contributing to a collaborative and communicative work environment.</li> <li>Work with distributed teams across Europe.</li> </ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul> <li>Strong background in Kotlin-based backend development, with familiarity in Java 3-5+ </li> <li>Ability to analyze complex systems and contribute to strategic decisions on system enhancements.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
