If you like technical challenges, team spirit and have knowledge of a wide range of technologies, we are looking for you!\n THE OPPORTUNITY<ul><li>Supervise and mentor software engineers, become go-to person for the product</li><li>Take ownership of product architecture, follow principles of evolutionary architecture</li><li>Lead <a href="http://Node.js/Python" class="postings-link">Node.js/Python</a> competencies in the team</li><li>Have strong experience in: Nodejs framework, Git, Docker, Databases (preferably MySQL, Mongodb), AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs</li><li>Analyze, design, and implement new product features</li><li>Constantly assess and utilize new technologies and SW development approaches</li><li>Cooperate with smart colleagues within international teams</li><li>Be part of and actively contribute to amazing Vendavo engineering community</li><li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures and algorithms.</li></ul> THE SKILL SET<ul><li>10+ years of Experience as a Lead Software Engineer</li><li>Test automation preferred</li><li>Ability to understand new problem/business domains</li><li>Enthusiasm for SW development and problem-solving</li><li>Take responsibility for the quality of the work you deliver</li><li>Ability to pass knowledge to others</li><li>Ability to communicate ideas to others, to mentor others</li><li>Work experience in Backend &amp; Frontend Development&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive Nodejs &amp; Python development experience</li><li>Should have good experience with Python and good experience with AWS</li><li>Extensive experience writing automated unit tests to ensure high quality code</li><li>Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS applications</li><li>Develop, scale, and control strategies, standards, guidelines, governance of Continuous Integration systems</li><li>Should have experience in Code Analysis and Code Coverage tools like SonarQube</li><li>Good working exposure to agile development methodologies and scrum process would be an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with containers is a bonus (Docker, Kubernetes)</li></ul> THE BENEFITS<ul><li>Fully remote based with the flexibility to work from anywhere in India.</li><li>Professional growth and Development opportunities.</li><li>Working within a team of friendly, skilled people where help is always within reach</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>4 recharge days, where the entire company goes on a brief pause in all geographies for 1 day each quarter.
