They support and consult clients on Deel Engage-related topics such as performance management, learning management, and career development. They help clients define processes tailored to their needs and implement them on Deel. L&amp;D Consultants work with clients throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. What you'll do at Deel<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Consult clients on performance management, learning management, and career development processes throughout the entire customer lifecycle</li><li>Assist new customers with onboarding and ensure successful deployment within their first 30-60 days using Deel Engage</li><li>Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with clients by identifying their pain points, providing solutions and best practices, and recognizing opportunities for growth</li><li>Provide prompt and efficient support to clients, addressing a wide range of questions from technical issues to L&amp;D-related inquiries. </li><li>Become an expert user of Deel Engage to train customers and provide credible guidance on features and functionality</li><li>Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience</li></ul>Some key qualifications<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Strong understanding of L&amp;D processes, policies, and best practices</li><li>Customer-obsessed relationship builder committed to customer service who remains calm and collected when facing crises or criticism</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Proficient in modern software applications with a passion for technology, capable of effectively explaining and training clients and colleagues</li><li>Solid analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data</li></ul>Bonus points if you<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Have a background in learning or educational sciences</li><li>Have experience working in an HR or L&amp;D team</li><li>Have experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up</li><li>Have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
