 We are building a new function within the company and seeking an expert and self-directed Learning & Development Manager to lead the direction of L&D in the organization. You will be responsible for strategic project planning related to training initiatives, such as 'Artificial Intelligence in Welltech' and 'Management School,' and collaborating with internal and external experts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to implement your change management skills and organize cross-functional and cross-cultural training, as we aim to develop learning programs for the entire company, including a leadership development program for managers. Challenges you'll meet:
<ul><li>Strategy Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the overall L&D strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves understanding business needs, conducting a training needs analysis, and identifying strategic L&D priorities</li><li>Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including skill gap analyses and performance evaluations, to identify the specific learning and development needs of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole</li><li>Program Design and Development: Develop and design effective learning programs that align with the company's goals and the L&D strategy. This includes selecting appropriate instructional methods, content development, and the integration of diverse learning modalities</li><li>Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish evaluation metrics and processes to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D programs. This involves collecting and analyzing data, conducting post-training assessments, and gathering feedback from participants and managers to continuously improve learning initiatives</li><li>Project Management: Plan, organize, and execute L&D initiatives, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources</li><li>Vendor and Resource Management: Identify and manage external vendors, consultants, or training providers as needed to supplement in-house capabilities and deliver specialized training programs</li><li>Budget Planning and Management: Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to support the execution of the L&D strategy</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as department heads, subject-matter experts, and employees to identify learning needs, gain support, and ensure training aligns with business objectives</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine the L&D strategy based on feedback, evaluation results, and changing business needs. Your professional qualities:
<ul><li>3-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in multinational companies or the IT industry</li><li>Deep knowledge of global learning trends, practices, and approaches to meet the needs of an international team</li><li>Experience in cooperating and conducting training solutions with external vendors and international training partners</li><li>Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory</li><li>Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training methods and formats</li><li>Strong project management skills</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Advanced level of English or higher </li></ul>
