We're looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to play a vital role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that empower our teams to excel. Here are some examples of the exciting programs our Learning and Development team has developed internally: Zen Leader Quest: Leadership development program for new and experienced leaders.Zen Insurance Quest: Product training for brokers to master our coverage options.Commercial Broker Training Program: Bootcamp equipping aspiring brokers with essential insurance knowledge and sales skills.
