We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, head hunting and engaging top legal talent for our clients, including law firms, enterprise legal departments, and other legal service providers.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles within the legal sector.</li> <li>Use a range of methods (specifically linkedin corporate and sales navigator) to source qualified legal professionals.</li> <li>Conduct initial calls, assess candidates’ legal expertise, experience, and alignment with client needs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with legal professionals, keeping a proactive talent pipeline and engaging with potential future candidates.</li> <li>Responsible for building a high volume of hirable candidates. </li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, or recruitment within the legal or professional services field.</li> <li>Excellent proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Corporate and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li> <li>Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is a plus.</li> <li>Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule.
