This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a commitment to continuous learning, and a track record of working effectively for multiple clients. If you&#8217;re quick to learn and excited to bring new ideas to the table, we&#8217;d love to have you on our team.Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Customer Support: Provide timely and efficient assistance to clients, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Client Onboarding: Occasionally conduct onboarding calls (up to 15 minutes) to welcome clients joining our larger coaching programs. This may involve being on camera.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing tasks, supporting our team with creative and administrative needs.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Audio &amp; Video Editing: Perform basic audio and video cutting to prepare content for various platforms.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Technically support the entire business by working in various software.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Adapt to and complete additional tasks as needed to support the business.</li></ul>Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Mother Tongue German: Fluent in German to communicate effortlessly with our clients and team.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Tech-Savvy: You have an aptitude to learn technical tools quickly.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proactive &amp; High IQ: You are sharp, quick-thinking, and intuitive, able to learn fast and adapt to new challenges.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Growth Mindset: Open to feedback, willing to learn, and constantly looking to improve.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude and the ability to keep things light and forward-moving.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">VA Experience: Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant with multiple clients, ideally in a client-facing role.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ideas &amp; Initiative: You bring fresh ideas to the table and are willing to share insights that can help us improve.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Flexible with Tools: Skills are preferred over specific tool knowledge&#8212;you&#8217;ll have the support to learn anything needed on the job.</li></ul>Software Utilized by CompanyGo High Level, Kajabi, Wordpress, Clickup, Wix, Meta Suite, Google AnalyticsCurrent Team MembersCEO, Director of Operations, Social Media + Ads Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Client Success Manager, Technical VA, Copywriter, Sales PersonsOffer DetailsThis is a part-time, remote, contractor position for 20 hours per week + potential for more.
