The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for working closely and effectively with a multidisciplinary care team and evidence based treatment delivery, quality documentation, and ongoing assessment of our patients needs. </span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities </b><ul><li>Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting.</li><li>Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E) and other evidence-based treatments for patients with eating disorders and their loved ones.</li><li>Participate in initial and ongoing trainings.</li><li>Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, patient mentors, and family mentors, along with outside providers.</li><li>Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip’s EMR in accordance with Equip’s policies and procedures.</li><li>Engage and collaborate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Job Requirements </b><ul><li>Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy from at least one US state.</li><li>Ability to manage a caseload of diverse patients with varying degrees of acuity.</li><li>Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.</li><li>Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (8pm in the patient population’s time zone).</li><li>Enthusiastic, strong team player.</li><li>Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.</li><li>Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Nice to Haves (Preferred But Not Required)</b><ul><li>Experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating disorder treatment.</li><li>Experience with evidence-based treatment and/or intensive treatment settings.</li><li>Case management experience and/or experience working closely with a multidisciplinary care team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$80,000 - Friday, between 8am-8pm in the patient population time zone.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">- Each work day is 8 hours + break time.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">- Two late work days (starting at 10am and ending at 8pm in the respective patient population time zone).</span></p><p><br></p><p><b style="font-size: 18px">Physical Demands</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px">Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone.
