They will also need to be able to work with various stakeholder groups, including but not limited to Farm Managers, Production Managers, Field Managers, Contract Growers, Transporters, and processing plant personnel, to collaborate and provide feedback.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;"> </span></div><div><b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Principle Responsibilities:</span></b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;"> </span></div><ul style="margin-top: 0.0px;"><li><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Conduct and provide feedback on internal animal welfare and transportation audits (40%)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Deliver hands on training to Field Managers, contract growers, and live haul drivers (30%)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Coordinate and attend 3rd party audits (10%)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Assist with record keeping, reporting and development of internal programs and materials (10%)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Serve as a resource to internal and external stakeholders (10%)</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Overnight Travel approximately twice a quarter </span></li></ul><div><b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;"> </span></b></div><div><b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Working Conditions:</span></b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;"> Extensive travel required.  Must be comfortable working in hog production facilities and around live animals.</span></div><div><b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;"> </span></b></div><div><b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Required Qualifications:</span></b><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;"> </span></div><ul style="margin-top: 0.0in;"><li style=""><span style="font-family: Tahoma , sans-serif;">Must be able to become PAACO Certified.
