The Role Love consulting but tired of the travel? The CRM Managed Services Consultant provides remote professional services to live clients for ongoing application enhancement, operations, and subject matter expertise.&nbsp; In this role, you will work with multiple clients as a shared dedicated resource via phone and web meeting to deliver post-deployment consulting in support of ad hoc requests. This is a remote work position supporting multiple clients in a shared, dedicated capacity. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.&nbsp; Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.&nbsp;&nbsp;\n What You'll Do<ul><li>Consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements</li><li>Providing overall application expertise and knowledge</li><li>Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to's</li><li>Ad-hoc training to educate customer administration team and enable customer to manage administration needs internally</li><li>Ongoing application changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, adding workflow rules, feature setup and activation</li><li>Creating reports, dashboards, and list views</li><li>Adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy</li><li>Performing alignments</li><li>Creating/maintaining sandbox environments; deploying changes</li><li>Data imports and exports using data loading utilities&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with the implementation of new CRM functionality and supporting platform enhancements.</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in this area</li><li>Direct experience in one or more of the following: Configuring CRM or SaaS based applications; software services delivery or consulting experience; Life Sciences commercial operations; Veeva software</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including interpersonal, email, and client-facing presentations</li><li>Ability to autonomously deliver professional services in a remote capacity supporting multiple clients</li></ul> Nice to Have<ul><li>Customer service or consulting experience with multiple client responsibility</li><li>Veeva CRM experience/knowledge</li><li>Veeva Vault platform experience/knowledge</li></ul> Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance</li><li>Flexible PTO and company paid holidays</li><li>Retirement programs</li><li>1% charitable giving program</li></ul> Compensation<ul><li>Base pay: $60,000 - $130,000</li><li>The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
