We care deeply about our customer’s success, and our Account Management team is instrumental in helping our customers scale that success across their organizations. Using a combination of relationship and strategic sales cycle management skills, Account Managers own a set book of business consisting of existing Limble customers. Reporting to the VP of Account Management, the Manager of Account Management will be responsible for leading a team of quota-carrying Account Managers, and driving revenue expansion targets through consistent value selling to our most strategic customers. As a Manager, you will develop productive, trusting, and meaningful relationships with your direct reports, while consistently reinforcing an environment of high achievement, excellence, and transparency.  Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of the SaaS revenue lifecycle, especially as it pertains to expansion, along with a proven track record as both an individual contributor and frontline sales manager. What You'll Do in the Role:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of ~6 account managers to consistently attain and exceed revenue targets with a value-selling lens, all while supporting their career growth </li><li>Develop and report accurate revenue forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis</li><li>Hold weekly one on one meetings with direct reports and provide individualized coaching to motivate behavior and drive optimal performance </li><li>Regularly collaborate with and provide feedback to the Director of Account Management to continuously improve department processes, GTM strategies, and team trainings</li><li>Collaborate with other leaders and internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, etc.) by acting as the voice of the customer and the department in order to improve the value-realization of our customer base and team goals</li></ul> Requirements:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>3+ years in an expansion sales leadership position with a proven history of leading and coaching teams that consistently achieve their targets</li><li>3+ years in a quota carrying sales position with consistent achievement of targets</li><li>Ability to understand the big picture while maintaining a hands-on, frontline leadership approach with direct reports across all responsibilities </li><li>Eager to provide coaching and support the creation of systems that simultaneously build incredible value for customers and grow our revenue</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to maneuver ambiguity and changing processes, inherent with an exciting, hyper-growth organization </li></ul>Benefits:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>$190,000-230,000 OTE, depending on experience</li><li>Stock options</li><li>Fully remote role</li><li>Flexible PTO</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance</li><li>HSA with company contribution match</li><li>401k with company contribution match</li><li>Opportunities to grow with us!</li></ul>At Limble we are solution-oriented and customer-obsessed.
