We are the heart of B2B.&nbsp;What you are accountable for:The Manager, Paid Socialis accountable for managing paid social strategy, optimization and execution across all in-house platforms and works to ensure the highest level of quality work, strategic thinking, and collaboration with both internal and external partners for a select group of accounts. Working in close collaboration with media and paid social leads, this role manages&nbsp; all aspects of the campaign life cycle as it pertains to paid social including ownership of the day-to-day across active campaigns. In addition, the Manager, Paid Social will support agency education on the capabilities within these platforms through ongoing meeting facilitation, note taking, and POV creation. With the speed of evolution within paid social marketing, it is vital to have a passion for learning and a desire to continually push the boundaries of what is perceived as status quo. What you are responsible for:Internal·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Holistic ownership of client accounts, including strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients with different complexities and backgrounds·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with online partners to resolve as needed·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactively communicate with client and internal teams; prepare call agendas, and follow up with call recaps·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Organize campaign materials and set up ads in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest or others, as applicable·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Set up and organize tracking links for social campaigns·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform in-platform maintenance and optimizations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Own regular budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns to ensure accurate spend delivery, along with any recommendations on strategic test opportunities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports measuring performance and effectiveness of social campaigns·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clients·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
