As a Sales Development Lead at PriceLabs, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 5-6 years of experience in sales development.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;u&gt;The working hours for this role will be from: 5:00 P.M. to 1:30 A.M. IST&lt;br&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Identify, research and reach out to potential enterprise clients in the hospitality industry.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop, execute and refine targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage and grow a team of SDRs, including recruiting, training, mentoring, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;About You:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;u&gt;5-6 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably within the technology or hospitality industry.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads in an enterprise sales environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;u&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;How to apply for this position?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Please fill out the form with the required details.
