&lt;li&gt;Lead the client engagement for your group of Vicos. This ranges from matching interested clients with the right Vicos to creating long-term growing client relationships. (Our sales organization will hand over client relationships to you once clients have signalled interest in working with Vicos in your domain). &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify upselling opportunities with clients for your Vico group as well as for Vicoland in general. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Define and implement the growth strategy for your Vico group. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At your discretion, directly contribute to key client projects in your personal areas&lt;br&gt;of expertise. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support our Partner Program organization in founding and growing Vicos. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participate in the constant development and improvement of the Vicoland technical product, operations and strategy.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&amp;gt; 3 years of experience as owner of successfully growing client relationships&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to grasp complex requirements rapidly and in a structured way&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellence in recognizing and realizing business opportunities in data enterprise services&lt;/li&gt;
