Our client, a leading entity in the interior design industry, is currently seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join their innovative and dynamic team. With a rich history and a commitment to transforming spaces into beautiful havens, they have positioned themselves as a top interior design service across the nation. This role offers a unique opportunity for a marketing professional to contribute to the growth and success of a well-established brand.This is a full-time, remote contract position, requiring candidates to operate in alignment with US-based working hours which are 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Key Responsibilities <ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Comprehensive Marketing Management: Take charge of both paid digital and print marketing initiatives across all brands, working closely with the Manager and Director to execute daily tasks, including data pulls, program reporting, and light analytics.</li><li>Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Collect data from various sources and marketing systems, translating it into actionable insights and clear action items.</li><li>Campaign and Creative Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns and projects, from conception and creative briefing to reporting and analysis.</li><li>Optimization and Deployment: Play a crucial role in deploying digital campaigns, making real-time adjustments to spend and optimizations directly within platforms.</li><li>Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with the internal Analytics team for data retrieval and list pulls, ensuring seamless communication and data sharing with vendor partners.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Conduct deep dives into digital marketing performance, identifying areas for optimization in creative content, budget allocation, and overall strategy.</li><li>Documentation and Organization: Ensure all CRM calendars, data histories, and internal documents are accurately maintained and updated.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Proven Digital Marketing Expertise: Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years focused on performance marketing. Experience in consumer services or multi-channel retail is highly preferred.</li><li>Strategic Know-How: Possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools, particularly within the consumer services space.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and other major marketing platforms, as well as proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools like Looker or Tableau.</li><li>Excel Mastery: Showcase strong skills in Excel, enabling you to manipulate data and generate insightful reports.</li><li>Independent and Resourceful: Exhibit a strong sense of independence, resourcefulness, and curiosity, comfortable with taking the lead on new initiatives from start to finish.</li><li>Clear and Concise Communication: Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting to key stakeholders and senior management.</li><li>Growth and Service Mindset: Possess a growth mindset and a service-oriented approach, armed with bold ideas and the know-how to bring them to fruition. </li></ul>Important Information:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Resumes should be in English.
