The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for segmenting a large B2B subscriber base, creating targeted cohorts, and nurturing these users through compelling email campaigns. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, conversion, retention, and reactivation through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Subscriber Segmentation:&lt;/strong&gt; Analyze and segment the existing subscriber base to identify key cohorts based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cohort Creation&lt;/strong&gt;: Develop and manage distinct customer cohorts to tailor marketing strategies that align with their specific needs and preferences.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Email Campaign Development&lt;/strong&gt;: Design, write, and execute compelling email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing subscribers through the customer journey. Develop a deep understanding of our existing product offerings, and new features.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lifecycle Strategy&lt;/strong&gt;: Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer experience, drive conversions, increase retention rates, and re-activate churned customers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A/B Testing&lt;/strong&gt;: Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize subject lines, tonality, content, layout, and send times for maximum engagement.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Performance Analysis&lt;/strong&gt;: Monitor and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing initiatives using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, goal conversion rates, bounce rates and unsubscribe rates.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cross-Functional Collaboration&lt;/strong&gt;: Work closely with product, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals across all customer touchpoints.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Market Research&lt;/strong&gt;: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to continuously improve strategies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Data Management&lt;/strong&gt;: Utilize tools such as Google BigQuery, Hightouch, Customer.io to manage subscriber data effectively and ensure data integrity for accurate segmentation and targeting.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;About You:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven experience (2-7 years) in lifecycle marketing or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong Excel, SQL, reporting and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Quality writing skills with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive email content.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Customer.io) and CRM tools (Zoho CRM).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;How to apply for this position?&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Please fill out the form with the required details.
