As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work on key areas such as sales support, campaign reporting, social media management, and content creation. You&#39;ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies, assisting with everything from scheduling meetings to overseeing blog content.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;These roles are 100% remote and are available exclusively to LATAM candidates who are flexible to work in US time zones.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Schedule meetings with clients and sales teams.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Follow up on emails to confirm meetings and next steps.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Track and prepare weekly reports on marketing campaigns.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide insights on performance metrics.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure social media posts are scheduled and published on time.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist in the creation and scheduling of content across social platforms.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Review marketing materials for accuracy and quality before release.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Attend weekly meetings to align tasks with client goals and timelines.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare hourly invoices for clients and contractors.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist with various virtual assistant duties, including task management&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide administrative support by managing and organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage content calendars, and blog posting, and ensure content is delivered on time.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required Qualifications:&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;At least 2 years in a similar marketing assistant or administrative support role for US-based companies.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;English Proficiency: Excellent English (written and spoken) is required for seamless communication with clients.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with marketing, social media management, and scheduling tools is a plus&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with invoicing and administrative tools is a plus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Details&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;100% Remote: This position is open exclusively for candidates based in LATAM.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Flexible Hours: The role requires flexibility to work within US time zones.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Salary: $1,000 - 1,200 monthly.
