Our team provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success.**Duties and Responsibilities:**As a Travel Event Specialist, effective communication with customers and venues is key. Attention to detail is paramount, as you'll draw information from various sources to meticulously plan successful events. Your responsibilities will also include:- Attentively listening to customer requests and maintaining detailed records. - Skillfully managing and budgeting customer finances. - Selecting appropriate venues based on event type. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of geographic locations and their main attractions. - Coordinating audiovisual equipment in advance. - Organizing accommodations, transportation, and catering. - Attending and overseeing activities to ensure client satisfaction. - Reviewing and approving payments. - Implementing a turn-key business model and strategy. - Identifying and developing niche target markets, including sports, concerts, car rentals, flights, hotels, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, etc. - Conducting research, creating plans, and presenting quotes to clients. - Directly collaborating with suppliers such as Expedia, Golden Tickets, Norwegian Air, Hertz, etc. - Upon agreement on an event itinerary, collecting credit card payments and sending email confirmations.
