We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Services team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep passion for marketing, superior customer experience and entrepreneurship. Our leadership team consists of repeat CEOs, EY Entrepreneurs of the Year, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, and hails from BCG, Bain, Wharton, and Stanford.As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will: <ul> <li>Collaborate with the web marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deadlines.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all web marketing-related queries and concerns.</li> <li>Communicate with customers directly to understand their requirements and execute their content strategy.</li> <li>Monitor and improve online content in line with SEO insights, digital KPIs and UX requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Present detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.</li> <li>Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to prevent or resolve them.</li> </ul>To be successful in this role, you will need: <ul> <li>Strong academics from a top undergraduate program</li> <li>Good knowledge of various digital marketing channels</li> <li>1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management for marketing.</li> <li>A sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on a company’s success</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing tasks</li> <li>Strong project management and organizational abilities.</li> </ul>If this sounds like something you’ll be great at, apply away!
